Why Kintaro Stands Out

Ramen Born From Real Mastery.

Why Kintaro?

Ramen from someone who's already mastered it?

Why Kintaro?

What if every ramen came with more?

Why Kintaro?

Can a tiny restaurant feel premium?

01

Chef Jesus G.'s Pedigree

Jesus G. founded Oni Ramen before opening Kintaro during the pandemic in April 2020. That experience shows in every broth—deep, intentional, and never rushed.

02

Two Proteins, One Egg, Always

Every bowl gets two generous slices of protein (pork, chicken, or custom) plus a perfectly soft-boiled egg. No skimping. That's the Kintaro standard.

03

Intimate, Obsessively Clean

32 seats. Grade A sanitation. You can see the care in the space. Owner Christine O. makes sure the kitchen and counter shine as much as the broth tastes.

“My son and I were looking for a ramen spot near Arlington that stayed open later and had great reviews, and that's how we found Kintaro on Google. We decided to give it a try—and we're so glad we did!”

“I FINALLY got here! I 1st saw a news feature on Kintaro a few years ago & saved it to visit. Well it took years but it was worth the wait and hour long drive! I have the vegetarian ramen and the flavors were amazing! It was comfort food in the best way.”
